Back to In-Person School!

Students are back to in person learning! The Service Projects Committee has been busy, working to fulfill student needs as things return more to “normal”. It is great to see the children back with their peers, smiling and engaged! At Hidden Valley we have most recently purchased items for the music department such as bells, piano keyboards and equipment to enhance the digital music experience. Seeds were also bought for each child in the school as Hidden Valley is implementing a garden, teaching students about the plant cycle, healthy foods and composting. We are also able to provide a coffee bar for teachers for an end of the year staff appreciation event (and at Devonshire). Sterling Elementary has inventoried our Hub and we have helped to restock basic necessities such as underwear and shoes for specific students who are in need. Don’t forget the food pantry at Devonshire on May 25.
